3Earn 25% monthly
When a referred customer's subscription payment is confirmed, 25% of it is credited to you every month it stays active.
4Unlock 75%
At 10 active agents, apply for Agency Ownership. After approval and activating the $497/month membership, 75% applies to payments collected from then on.

Does it cost anything to become a Sales Partner?
No. Joining as a Sales Partner is free. You apply at ai.diazagents.com/partner/join, and once approved and onboarded you get your referral link and partner dashboard.
How is the 25% commission calculated?
Commission is 25% of each eligible subscription payment Stripe confirms from a customer you referred, for as long as that subscription stays active and paid. For example, a $97/month AI agent pays $24.25 per month, and the $497/month bundle pays $124.25 per month. Refunded or charged-back payments do not earn commission.
What counts as an active agent?
An active agent is a paid, active AI agent subscription from a customer you referred. A single AI agent counts as 1. The eight-agent bundle counts as 8 active agents, but commission is based on the actual $497 payment.
How do I become an AI Agency Owner?
Reach 10 active agents, then apply from your partner dashboard. After Diaz Agents approves your application, you accept the agreement and activate the $497/month Agency Membership. The 75% revenue share applies to payments collected after activation.
What happens if I drop below 10 active agents?
Agency Owners have a 60-day grace period to get back to 10 active agents. Commissions you already earned are kept.
When are payouts made?
Payouts are made monthly. Each payout is verified before it is marked paid in your wallet and earnings history.
Is this an income guarantee?
No. Earnings depend entirely on the customers you refer and whether they stay subscribed. The figures on this page are examples of the commission math only.
